At our meeting on Thursday we wrapped some books for the Date Night with a Book for the Christmas Fair on Saturday 21 November.  And we discussed the books from last time.

Talking at Night  by Claire Daverley got mainly good reviews and a high score of 4.5/5. Those who read it were keen to read others by the same author.

Five Liars by D.L. Fisher fared less well and those who read it were glad it was free on kindle!  The favourite quote being ‘you get what you pay for’ so only managed to score 2/5 overall.

A Curious Ending by Sally Paige

The Secret Thread by Eve Chase

Both are on Kindle deal until Saturday 31 October if you want to get in quick.

We’ll meet again on Thursday 26 November to discuss the books.
