It was our third Sunday morning service in Hilton Church today. It still feels slightly surreal wearing masks and being so widely spaced out in the sanctuary. The blessing is in seeing people face to face again after so many months.

David Whillis, who was leading our service, was reflecting on experiencing Advent in “the slow lane.” Taking time to prepare for Christmas as we listen to Scripture and pray. Over the last four weeks, we have been on a Celtic Advent journey each evening on Zoom at 7pm. A short time each evening to pause and “be in the slow lane.” It’s been a blessing to share the journey together. If you would like to drop in any evening, you can get the link details from office@hiltonchurch.org.uk
